Using
our substantial research capacity coupled with experience of survey design
and statistical analysis, we are often asked by clients to help with reward
& benefits benchmarking exercises - often in total confidence. |
With a very wide range of data sources - including specially commissioned surveys - we can provide solutions to comparative reward debates that often occur within companies.
For example, in a recent exercise with a well-known national retailer, we were able to deliver market sensitive data on rewards, working practices and competitive pay threats on a national and regional 'hotspot' basis. In this case, data was drawn from:
• An industry-wide commissioned survey.
• A wide range of published survey data from national organisations
• and industry consortiums.
• Regional Economic Bodies, Chambers of Commerce & other
• representative organisations.
• Data drawn from managers throughout the organisation.
• Industry anecdotal information for testing against hard data.
The contracting out of this exercise was found to provide both totally independent benchmarking and complete confidentiality.
This work always is completed to a project plan, with budgets, timetables and
milestones for delivery agreed in advance.
